Why is cupping calibration an important QC practice?

Staying calibrated is an important part of maintaining a high standard of quality control between various teams. Some of our team at Ally Coffee got together with our sister companies (Atlantica Coffee and Cafebras) from the Montesanto Tavares Group to calibrate our various quality control teams in Brazil.
