Q-Arabica Essentials: Highly recommended for anyone new to standardized coffee cupping, this Essentials course deconstructs the cupping form, sensory exercises and green coffee grading. Perfect for those new to quality control who need to apply learning to work before attempting the Q exams.
Q-Arabica Certification: This the classic Q-Grader program of 6 full days — 3 days test preparation followed by 3 days of testing.
Q-Arabica Re-certification: If your Q license has lapsed, re-certifying is 2 days only, with a 3rd day in case retakes are required.
Q-Arabica Retakes: If you did not pass one or more of the Q-tests, step up to the table for whichever retakes you need.
Q-Arabica Processing Level 1: NEW COURSE! A short course for any coffee professional (from producers to baristas) to learn about processing methods, how they are carried out, and how they impact coffee chemistry and flavor.
Communities of Practice: These peer-to-peer workshops offer space for industry professionals, from novices to veterans, to meet and build the skills and community to better run their coffee businesses. Food Safety for Coffee Roasting Operations: This blended learning course, begun online and completed at your business or via videocall, is tailored to the needs of your company and staff to train a Preventative Controls Qualified Individual in compliance with the FSMA legislation. Complete both parts to earn your certificate.
